The following terms outline our vetting process for obtaining licenses for the commercial editions of Shellter.1

| 1. Acquiring new licenses can only be done through a private company and/or public sector organisation. |
| 2. Companies and their website domain names must be at least 5 years old in order to acquire new licenses. |
| 3. Companies must have a publicly accessible profiles on social media for further reviewing. |
| 4. As part of our vetting process, we require a video call with at least two members from the team that will be using our software. The video call may be recorded. |
| 5. All enquiries originating from public webmail accounts will be discarded immediately. |
| 6. An EULA document will be provided to the interested parties which has to be signed and returned to us prior moving forward with the purchase process. |
| 7. We only accept enquiries by companies and organisations that reside in countries listed below. This list will be updated accordingly. |
Eligible countries: EU, USA, UK, Canada, Australia.
