We are in the process of deleting inactive Shellter Pro user accounts.
If you own a license and you haven’t accessed your account for the past 6 months you may find that you can’t log in anymore.
If that happens, just send us an email and we will go through the verification process in order to create a new account for you.
This is done purely to make sure that in the meantime your credentials won’t fall into the wrong hands, and if that has happened already that they won’t be used unrightfully at some point in the future.
In addition, we plan to provide new credentials to all of our users for the upcoming Shellter Pro v4.0 release, so removing those that are currently inactive will make this process much easier.
